Please share this important information in the complaint. Fair logic tells me that a casino that is willing to exchange winnings for a closing complaint should be included in the process.

Besides, asking you to create another account and deposit sounds very tricky to me, and it should be investigated properly. Take a screenshot of every chat or other way of communication with this casino and provide it to the complaint in hand with your description of the events, please. This turn of events truly needs to be checked out.
