I just re-created my account to write this.

This is an obvious scam. It is absolutely crazy that casinoguru leaves up a site promo like this. Especially that it’s an EXCLUSIVE BONUS. How is this shit not taken down yet after seeing this discussion thread? You can clearly see from this that there are major issues here. Or from the email promos they send, very obvious there as well. Btw you can ask an infinite amount of 400% bonuses in livechat which is far from sustainable for a casino.

Sites like Casinoguru should be trustful in a world full of scams, especially in such a shady industry, and especially since this is by far the best site for finding bonuses and stuff, (askgamblers for example has terrible UI compared to this), so who else is there to trust other than casinoguru yk.

yet you guys would rather keep cashing in on the affiliate money while reviews have been popping up for more than a week here. A 400% welcome bonus in itself should be alarming enough and the exlusive bonus tag lowers the suspicion for people opening the link. And it just says ‘fresh casino’ , no caution message or anything. The team from casinoguru who reply to us here seem trustworthy and caring overall, that’s especially why this is so crazy to me.

Shouldn’t there be more research into a casino before you decide to affiliate with them? And if not, shouldn’t huge warning signs be put instead of the exclusive tag after people start letting you know that they aren’t getting paid?

My question is how Guru, advertise such casino that is clearly scam casino sites....

You have numberous complains and proofs that is scam casino, why you still promote them?

I would like to say that we don't promote casinos; as you say, we inform about casinos on our page instead.

As I can see, this is a fresh casino and that is why the safety index information is set like this.

We surely would like to help out with your issue at tis casino, if you are interested.

Please file a complaint here and inform our complaint team about all the details you experience with the withdrawal, and hopefully together we'll be able to get to its resolution.

What do you say? Would you try that?

Please know that the complaint is free of charge, and our team will do their best to get it solved as soon as possible.

Follow this link to submit the complaint.

Hello there.

May I first ask what you mean that you recreated your account? Did you mean here on our website?🤔

Please know that only with help of our users and players at the casino can we learn and find out everything that is happening at each online casino.

So, only if players file complaints for a casino and it gets unresolved, or we find out that the casino is acting unfair, we can lower the safety index.

We always like to inform our users about everything that is happening at each online casino in our database, good or bad, and this is our main goal. Not to promote casinos, you know, but inform about them.

Have you experienced any issue at this casino you would like to tell us about, and maybe you'd like us to help out?

Please don't hesitate to write about it, and we'll do our best to get it solved if possible.

Yes I closed my casino related accounts at one point including this one when I took a break from gambling.

Yes, it is very much a promotion. It’s an affiliate link leading to the casino and if the player deposits, you get a percentage of that.

Affiliate links are promotion because they aim to increase awareness and drive sales, literally aligning with the definition of promotion.

On top of this, you’re putting an exclusive tag on the casino, which decreases player suspicion.

And of course, it’s a 400% !!! bonus which is super rare and instantly alarming and should lead to at least a bit of investigation before deciding to affiliate with them.

AND players have been complaining about not receiving any payouts here for 2 weeks.

What more do you need? Do you actually not see you’re literally part of the scam & actively benefiting from players throwing their money out the window?

Hello!

I imagine that for some people, gambling might be too alluring, and it is a great idea to stop gambling to avoid problems.

Additionally, I imagine that, from your perspective, you would manage this extremely complex project far more effectively than we do, and that a single, ultimately favorable bonus coupled with gradual payouts would be a clear indication to take action.

Well, it is not that easy for us. The safety index is a well-designed calculation, as you are probably unaware; it is impossible to measure something as specific or time-sensitive as player opinions or the speed at which money is withdrawn for each payment method, not to mention the usual necessity of the KYC process.

For instance, some people would not give a damn about what you call a grand bonus. I get the impression that you want us to feel guilty because we work so hard to keep players out of dangerous casinos. The decision, however, always belongs to the player. Nobody can save you from your decisions, but we can provide you with a wealth of information to help you make wise decisions, including the Safety Index, codexes, user reviews, and the forum.

When it comes to money, the source of our income is very simple. We created the biggest list of casino reviews in the world and we regularly update this list to make sure that the ratings are still valid.

We recommend different top casinos to players based on where they come from, because for example a casino that is great for German players doesn't need to be too good for players in Argentina etc. So we try to create a unique top casinos list for every country. When players go to play to these casinos and eventually lose, we get a commission from it.

We never tell the players to play in a casino, because you become rich, we actually say that you eventually lose, but we also know there are people who simply love casino games. We believe that it's better for those players to play in decent casinos who will pay the winnings in case the player is simply lucky instead of making stupid excuses and voiding the winnings. That's why CasinoGuru was created - to provide honest online casino reviews.

The income we have also enables us to do a lot of activities that we don't get paid for - for example we have the Complaints resolution centre where we help players to get their winnings from casinos. We don't take any commission for it so when the player gets paid, they get 100% of the amount. We also have an academy for people who'd like to start their carrier in online casinos and even for online casinos workers who'd like to improve in their job.

We also invest into Global SElf-Exclusion Initiative. The goal is to create a tool that would allow players to self-exclude in all casinos in the world (we could use our large casino database for it).

You can stop participating in our encouraging community at any time. Just let me know.
