This casino is a scam. I went to withdrawal $350 which was approved by the manager then declined by the payroll department saying I had multiple accounts which I have never made more than one account. So I guess saying this is their way out of not paying people just be aware.

I have bank statements ready to send tell me where I need to send them and they will be on the way. I have statements from JULY AUGUST up to Today.

You are completing verification within the casino? If that's the case contact support and tell them you got documents to share with them to complete verification and they will give you instructions on how to send them said documents

Have you been presented with proof? One thing is to accuse you, yet without precise evidence, I would be hesitant too!

mmmm… I think they are really nasty because I clearly mention I won a $1000 tournament depositing previously so that money was legit and they just seem to not take it in consideration, however knowing them now and by their threats looks like they won’t give any more money for it so I believe it is better than nothing buuut I wish I could say no and damage their score and reputation but that’s just mean because at least they are trying to give something better than their first ridiculous offer of 200 bucks so I would say I’m satisfied because now is gonna be a precedent about them settling positively to a complaint so that’s more than enough to make them pay to all other players the same way…

what do you think am I right or wrong?

Hello 🤗!

I would never dare to proclaim what is right or wrong. I must admit though, that I just hate the whole idea of bartering with players in such a situation. On the other hand, get something, let's say, decent - is truly better, and understand this aspect. The point is that the casino needs to accept the mistake, and the player should be paid fairly.

Yep, call me an optimistic and naive person... 😁

..sounds like a Ponzi scheme to me..and the fact that they're unregulated, owner won't be named and they're offering things like 400% no rules, no max cashout bonuses..yep..too good to be true. The few that do get paid are just to keep up appearances.

Hi. When you talk about withdrawals, think that if you read this thread, you will come across a lot of players who have or had the exact same situation as you. I would like to ask if this problem still persists or have you already got your money ? 

Anyway, everything else you mentioned in terms of the license or the bonus, I agree with it. On our side, the casino has a pretty low safety index, so I personally wouldn't deposit here. In my opinion, the best thing to do is to check the user reviews and complaints before you go to play.

Nevertheless, I will wait for an answer if your situation still remains and you have a problem with the withdrawal. Let me know.

Yeah I used a bonus and actually made it and got the max 100$. They wanted min deposit of 10$ so I deposited 12$. Cashed out and the split my withdraw 100$ and 12$. The 100$ sent first it says but there's nothing on the Blockchain and I have 11.30$ in my wallet. What a bunch of bs!

about 3 1/2 weeks ago I used a coupon code for free spins. During the free spins I won a considerable amount, and with those winnings I easily accomplished my "play through". They capped the withdrawal from this kind of winnings at $100 so I went ahead and sent in my withdrawal. I followed all the steps of documentation approval and even sent in the $10 bitcoin deposit for "bank account confirmation" (odd request but I obliged. I read that it could take 7-10 business days for withdrawal approval. So around 2 weeks later after hearing nothing from them I emailed and was told my withdrawal was approved and that now it could take 7-10 more days for the funds to be sent to me. So I waited another 10 business days and sent another email just curiously asking for updates on my withdrawal and they responded saying "yes it has been 10 business days but that they were just waiting to hear that that the money had been transferred" … is this odd? They were waiting to hear the money had been sent? They’re the ones sending the money… wouldn’t they know already if money was sent? They did however say that "they would email me as soon as they had more info". It’s now on businesses day 12 and still nothing back from them.

is this common?
