Everyone I know that plays there have HUGE problems getting payouts here, including myself currently. I made a cashout request on April 5th. It sat untouched until April 17 when they finally approved it. They say you must wait 7-10 business days for this and for that etc. I visit live chat and send email about every 2-3 days. They said the last day of the time frame to get my payment was day before yesterday but no payment still. So yesterday I went to chat and they said they escalated it for speedy payment (speedy??? lol) So today I get an email telling me there is no bitcoin available for payouts and that's why the delay?? WTH? They are telling members to request bank wire if they don't wanna wait longer but still to change the withdrawal you start the waiting process over again AND they are not waving the fee for that. I pay in LTC so why wasn't that an option? Because they are scammers. Oh and they conned me out of a verification deposit on top. They infuriate me!
Hi, according to what I've read you've been waiting for the money for quite a long time. I know that this casino is slow in paying out but to wait for a month is not right in my opinion and of course if the casino doesn't give you any reason.
Therefore, I would recommend to file a complaint here on this link and hope that our team will be able to help you in your situation.

Thank you for the reply. This is the first time I have voiced anything publicly about this sort but I am fed up. This is not the only site that has done this exact thing to me. I have a list. I will file my complaint tonight or tomorrow. I do not think anything will come of it but the more people that post their experiences, the better. I wished I had found this forum before I started using these sites. I am well experienced with the online casinos (10 years or so) so I know when I am being scammed.

Also, it's definitely good to share your experience because players can read it. If you lodge a complaint and the casino doesn't try to resolve it, it will have an impact on its safety index, which is at least some satisfaction as well.
However, I don't want to be skeptical right away and I would prefer the situation to be resolved.

I won on Sunrise casino $500, and I've done everything they ask of me as in their rules for withdrawal process. so here I'm at with it.
this started on May 1 then i got told 7-10 business days then i got told another 7-10 business days. now I'm being i can't get paid cause of a hold due to a third-party vendor, so it's been numerous run around telling me I've been approved and i should receive my payout .. i have all my proof starting from may 1, 2024

Surely it shouldn't take this long for the casino and I think they should have everything about the withdrawal sorted out by now. I have one question, do you already have a verified account with the casino or was that not necessary ?

Sunrise Slot is a legit casino but at the same time all RTG casino takesa tremedous time to process the withdraw. But the bright side is that they will process it and you will eventually get it. The longest I had to wait was 2 1/2 month. The shortest is 3 1/2 weeks. Dont buy them too much or you'll be waiting longer I notice by example. Once a week you can ask and that'll be ok. Like I said, I withdrew quite a bit from them but just know it'll take a while to get paid. Just dont reverse and lose it back.

Oh thats right there are a couple of RTGs that have instant withdraws Brango Extreme, limitless, noblitz, pacific and one more but I cant think of it. The other casinos that you mentioned Ive played at but never withdrew. So I stand corrected. Sunrise, planet7, slotsgarden and a couple of others are in a group or something like that because Ill be on live chat with a support and on another casino live chat and Im chatting with the same support. lol Anyhow, I do notice that the casinos that takes a long time to pay, the slots I notice are a little looser than the instant. My opinion of course. sunrise. they don’t accept most banks. only the big 3. even if you choose "check" they ask what bank do u use that your gonna deposit the check with and then most likely say they don’t accept that bank. you would think it shouldn’t matter where you cash the check but it does to them. but most likely your not getting a check anyway. they will push you into wire transfer. cause if you have a bank they accept to request a check then that bank accepts international wire transfers (hopefully). they want the banking info too. anyone that wants a bitcoin withdrawal to deposit with bitcoin. i think it’s smart to play with sunrise if you have the bitcoin. in fact if i get bitcoin i don’t use it up on casinos that let you withdraw easier , i know i’m taking some to sunrise so if you win on a free chip then most likely wire transfer is only way to get it at sunrise

But that bank are in the states too. they are merged with other banks and in america is called BMO.
