Well, let's be honest, no casino would make you play against your will. Right?

I know that it is not easy to not do it if you have a gambling issue, but it must be said as it is. And if they reject your withdrawal, there should be a good reason for that, of course.

I used my debit card that didn’t arrive by post and used the same debit card through my app and they couldn’t verify my account because they wanted physical card photo and I sent them what I had from my app but they kept rejecting until I managed to just wipe off my balance

Yes because my card plastic one I didn’t get by post then the bank had to send me a new one as it was lost by post

Hi,

verification as a nightmare and constantly being rejected after many discussions with the Customer Support eventually they accepted my information and fair play my withdrawal was received in 48 hrs so my negative feedback has been removed, they do need to be better at checking verification information throughly though before rejecting

This is clearly very annoying; however, it is our responsibility to delete it or click the link instead. At least I would say so. I have the very same tons of trash from almost every e-shop despite being unsubscribed. Does it mean I buy a new cell phone or pot weekly? Well, no,...

I tried to withdraw on 26th June now at over 75 withdrawal requests that have been rejected. The casino has stated it is the interim between themselves and the bank that is not working. I've spoken to my bank they have had not recieved anything. I've asked for transaction IDS casino will not give them. The casino have said my only option is a crypto withdrawal. I don't use crypto and didn't deposit with crypto currency. I have emailed email@teaspins.support no one has replied. I've asked on chat they have said to withdraw via cryptocurrency and for further information to email I've asked for the regulator info which the casino has refused to give me. I have screenshots of all chat, withdrawal attempts and an email trail to the casino. Still waiting!

I understand, this long waiting can be quite stressful. It's good that you opened a complaint and we'll try to help you if you can't find a way out with the casino. 

Anyway, you didn't even try the crypto thing, did you just open a wallet and send it in? That's just a thought, because I know there are plenty of instructions online on how to set it up and how to use it.

I have tried, I opened an account with Kraken, you have to take a test to prove you understand crypto. I don't understand crypto. I don't understand as its only a small amount that it can't be manually transferred to my bank account. 3 more withdrawals rejected today.....

Hi if you pass the verification process withdrawals are 48 hrs but verification is tough not sure if why it’s made that way
