I submit my documents, I submit them again, I take new updated photos of documents... I speak to them, they say they'll process, may take 3-5 business days... then..I repeat the process. Literally.
Claiming they can't read documents in order to process my withdrawal. False.
Claiming they weren't received. False.
Request The documents again... shocker..
Any one have issues with UPTOWN ACES

Well, I know you are not going to like that, but I would try to cooperate with the casino. Are you sure that the documents were sent correctly?
The thing is that we allow casinos 14 full days to finish KYC and send the money - until we step in.

I would ask the casino whether the Coinbase is available to you. That's the most direct way to get the answer.
When it comes to crypto, you should do some personal search. But again, check which cryptocurrencies are available for withdrawal first.

no fees dollar for dollar. if your withdraw is approved you can choose bitcoin no matter what the deposit method was. because uptown was my 1st payout casino i thought that was the norm. so i had to find out the hard way at almost everywhere else. Ozwin does that too same as uptown. those only 2 i know of. but ozwin banned me. coincidentally after i said all those good things in review about them not banning me lol. i should update that. uptown banned me then rescinded and let me back in. they haven’t regretted it either. in general win all the time with both of them. and their withdrawal s are under a week.

So as long as everything suits you, you are satisfied and everything is as it should be, then I am also glad that you are thriving here. I see you had quite a turbulent time with these casinos and I hope it's behind you. I think casinos should value loyal players, because there are not many of them.
Also, thanks for describing the withdrawal situation and therefore you would only have fees if you were withdrawing to a different currency than you deposited. But that's quite logical of course.
It's nice that they have this option for players and you can withdraw differently than you deposited.

thanks sir. ain’t that the truth. this week is no different. i got uptown aces saying they show that i was playing from a different location other than the registered location on my account. as if i was playing in china or antarctica. i hope this is a very small bump in the road. massive payout. i’ll update the result. i’m also going thru it with sunrise again lol. i’m telling you they pull out the kitchen sink. i thought i’ve seen it all but they find a way to pull new rabbits out of the hat. i’ll update that one on their thread. oh by the way where i was playing and where i won was at my house. the registered home address on my account. lol
