I made my first 50$ deposit with bonus, and I win, after wager.

KYC takes 12 days, but after it was OK, so I could withdraw my balance 1.2 k.

I mean time I got some offers from casino on mail 200%bonus.

I said now it's gonna be OK, my account is full veriyd so I'll try.

Made my 2nd deposit of 50$ with their promo and it was all fine...

Until I done wager and finish with balance 400$, all with the rules.

I send request for withdrawal my ballance on the same wallet as deposit, but they reject it, and sad that they need to check something, and I say ok no problem.

On the next day got email where support inform me that they CLOSING MY ACCOUNT AND CONFISCATE ALL MONEY!??

Just say that I'm cheating, and play against terms and conditions????

WTF.

I palayd small bets and have luck, but looks like you winning so we block you!!!

They don't even give back my deposit!!!

That sucks - Let's hope the casino will explain what all this means via the complaint. I'm honestly not sure what could go wrong. I guess you have no idea either, right? 🤔

I read part of the screenshot available in the complaint, and it seems the casino abused you by misusing bonuses and applying forbidden strategies to gain cash from bonuses - in short.

It provides some hints though there is still the question of fairness. We would definitely need more details from the casino. I'm just wondering, have you ever deposited in this casino?

I made 2 deposits, both of them with bonus from their casino.

If casino send me offer to deposit and they give me a bonus I alway accept it.

I got mail with offer 200% bonus, and I deposit my money using it.

Later I wagerd.

Thank you for the update! I do not think the deposit bonus should be the case, though I'm not part of the complaint team - this is just my guess, at the moment.

As I said, hopefully, the casino will explain the problem through the complaint, otherwise, all would only be speculations.

We believe terms like "forbidden strategies" are pretty confusing and require a proper explanation.

Kindly give the complaint some time, I'd say, it is necessary to get in touch with the casino and gain an explanation.

I deposited miss and played with that balance..I got 200% bonus too which I wegared fairly.. we can't brake any bonus term there as they as max bet restriction all thing...

I hit some big there on slot and manage to get 1900$ in my account.. I requested for 100$ cashout and it was successful.. just after I got 100$ , I requested another 1313$ cashout and they disabled my account .. you should change the casino rating too.. that casino is pure scam.. thanks

That sounds suspicious, though in some cases, casinos do not fully explain such actions when for example internal policy or antimoney laundering gets involved. They just do not want to uncover their methods.

Not saying this is your case. First, let the complaint progress further. The investigation goes always before the conclusion is made. Try to be patient and cooperate if necessary, please.
