I can explain to you why your review was rejected. Our internal system detects many similarities, and many times this happens whenever there are more reviews written for the same casino and the same IP address. Could that be the case, I wonder?🤔

Ok, I think your system is deleting because I am giving review for my favourite casino from this account many times and that is why your system is deleting it again and again. 🙁

Hi everyone,

Is anyone else having problems with WinsRoyal at the moment? My withdrawal has been pending since October 11, 2025, but my first two withdrawals also took around 3–4 weeks, so I tried to stay patient.

However, since the beginning of this month (about 6 days ago), the Live Chat Support has been completely offline. I can’t contact anyone, and email support doesn’t respond either.

This makes me quite worried because it’s not normal, especially since I still have one pending withdrawal and additional funds in my balance that I can’t withdraw yet due to the withdrawal limits.

What gives me a bit of hope is that they recently opened a new casino called arcticwin.com, but it seems to have the same issue with the live chat being unavailable. Also, today they removed the Halloween overlay from the site, so it looks like someone is still working there.

Has anyone else experienced the same lately?

Hey, I would say that you've been waiting a long time to get your money, so I would recommend filing a complaint right away. 

I would also point out that the casino's safety index isn't the best, so after an experience like yours, I probably wouldn't play there anymore. 

In any case, if you can't get anywhere with your inquiries, that's not what a player wants. I understand that you're afraid and don't know what to do in this situation, which is why I'm saying that our team would try to help you.

You've already filed a complaint with this casino once, so I would definitely do the same.
