I agree. Ive stopped being part of this forum for months now. Today is first day to come back and check and see if its gotten better.


Same stuff but even worse. Casino guru giving high ratings to all casino to maximize affiliate money. Casinos littered with dozens of complaints and casino guru give them a 9+ rating

How is 3 months ok to deal with a complaint? I see the unresolved case where the casino has taken full 7 days to respond EACH TIME therefore you allowing the casino and situation of the casino ripping off a player to continue for 3 months.


This is what a 9.3 casino does? Really?


I see no pressure from your end to resolve the case or to ask for quicker responses.


Honestly, if you are going to try and convince people at least have the decency to be honest.


You guys would make a lot more affiliate money if you were honest and cared about the players instead of pushing players into filthy casinos that end up getting the player ripped off.

We have been through similar discussions many times in the past. The system is not ideal but has been fully explained with all the context. Such vicious cycles led nowhere on the forum.

If you have your own casino experience with hugely delayed payment, the complaint is at your disposal.
