I would do that. Usually, they say something like the bonuses are given to not-so-fortunate players as sort of a compensation for losses. Showing the casino cares. Once you win, you don't need it 😀, right?

This is not my opinion, just an experience...

By the way Yabby is horrible I only played them 10 times or so but there’s nobody there you make a deposit on Friday or Saturday or Sunday and guess what they don’t allow you to add your bonus unless they do it so I deposit $100 and then I don’t see me 300% match until two or three days later ? And if you play one spin they forfeit the bonus so you don’t get one now they didn’t tell me that at first then I think two weeks later they said oh you can do it but you have to figure it out yourself lol this place is u believable I don’t think they ever paid one person or ever fixed or returned an email

I also agree with Gregory1230, I have had Yabby Casino do this to me multiple times. Creating a scenario for the terms and conditions to be able to overturn. A players winnings is absolutely disgusting and they do it all the time. The rules on the terms and conditions are unfair and unjust for the player. They are not a highly recommended Casino by any means, and then all actuality, they shouldn’t even be allowed to play in most countries anyway, as they do not have a license I wouldn’t recommend this casino to anyone.

Your 100% thertz91 if you saw what I have on them you would 🤮🤮 but I self outed months ago this one was easy they just flat out don’t care and what’s the worst case for them? Nothing take what the dummies send them ! Without the guru these places would be way worse so it’s great we get to discuss our concerns so my question is what online casino is fair and pays out ? This is the $1,000,000 ? Because I’ve spent over 200k trying to find one and so far not one ! Is there anyone who can help me and throw one out there for this old guy ? 🤣✌️👍🤷🏼‍♂️ best of luck to you all but there has to be a better more honest way to play

Hello, this is my first post. I’ve been a user of Yabby Casino for a couple months now. I used their free spins bonus last night and got up to $50 and went to cash out. But first, you have to send verification documents to them if you’re cashing out for the first time.

I sent them the documents they asked for, then I get an email hours later saying they’re sorry but they cannot find an active account linked to my email address, all communication with the casino must be done exclusively via a registered e-mail address. This doesn’t make sense, I’ve signed up with only one email and they send me emails almost every day. So I sent them additional pictures of my Yabby profile that shows my email address, and I sent a screenshot of their email to me with my email address. I’m waiting to hear back from them, if I ever do hear back from them. I know this casino has a high rating but I’m feeling discouraged now.

I found it rather strange. Hopefully, it's just some sort of bug, and it won't affect your account further.

Thank you for responding Radka, I have since received an email from them saying that they were able to match the documents with my information. I am verified and was able to instantly withdraw soon after. I found that very weird that they couldn’t find my account, but I am happy now. Thanks again!

Well, I gave back my win to Yabby and lost it lol. But I went to another casino that had a high no rules bonus and did really well there until I gave it back. There’s no longer coupons on my promotions page at all. I used the coupon frequently this week and when I tried the code today it said something like "This coupon is not available in your player class."

Did you also lose some VIP status? Perhaps, you're considered a skilled player because you did really well. 😀 

I know, it's not funny. Sadly, bonuses and coupons are exclusively managed by each casino/management and no one can influence the casino's decision from outside of the casino. 

Far too often players change casinos to be able to claim a bonus once again. 🙁

I had purchased 50 dollars worth of modifiers for my free spins and got 0 pn 9 spins and a few cents on the last spin. I have pages and pages of ne spinning 10 times and getting nothing

they are giving me a hard time verifying i sent all my documents multiple times chat on the site doesnt help nor do they show you who to contact the do not help at all in the process they are the longest worst site to verify on they even sent me an email saying if i use crypto to deposit and cashout i dont need to vewrify even though i sent the documents anyway then said no they dont there a nightmare
