I had tried to login to old domain http://basswin77.com/ which flagged as malicious of which there was no great usage or withdrawals or even verification so joined their newer one basswin07.com that was their reason for confiscation even after full verification.
They then proceeded to advise me along with Paysilo refund of deposit, sent me fake ARN and refund never received. Wouldn't be surprised if they are linked together.

Open a revolut or Skrill I’ve got the same problem not that much but back in July Monzo stopped international transfers
