Hello I just joined this casino and I won a $50 prize from the 175 free spins no deposit bonus. You Get 25 free spins a day for 7 days. On the 2nd day of the 25 free spins I won enough to clear the wager requirements, and tried to cashout for $50. I was told I needed to make at least one deposit and complete the KYC verification. I completed the 1st deposit and sent in the KYC documents. Everything was approved so I made another withdrawal for $50. Since then I keep getting my withdrawals canceled. The reason they say the withdrawal was canceled is because of ""Cancelled for lacking/wrong data". I have reached out to them multiple times ti ask what data was wrong or was lacking. Now they refuse to respond. I can't even get my deposit refunded.

I am going through the similar situation with Hannah, Henry and Charlotte. They keep saying I will receive my payment or network delays, but I will receive today. I have screenshots of my last exchange with Charlotte. When she said they sent the payment, I asked for the transaction ID so I can keep checking myself, she quit chatting.

The only advice I can offer is be VERY persistent, and when I mean very, every few hours do a live chat with them. Don’t let them get away with it. I still get promotional emails from them even after unsubscribing. This casino needs to be shutdown!

Went back to chat and asked Henry for the transaction ID, I believe I was blocked.

Went back to chat, turns out I wasn't blocked. Henry told me the money would be credited any moment. I asked for the transaction ID and he said he does not have one to give.

Once I won and submitted the withdrawal they said I would have within 2-4 hours. I received after 48 hours and I will not be playing there again.

I had also deposited $100 and tried to claim a no rules bonus which was never added. I won the money from my deposit alone.

I don't think two days is that long at all, but of course that's your opinion. As for the bonus, it's probably worse since it wasn't credited to you, so I won't blame you if you don't play here anymore.

Two days is not long at all, I agree. The experience after making the withdraw, one agent saying it was sent and I should see it shortly, then the next agent saying they were having technical issues and had never been sent. The inconsistency with information and not exactly sure how they credit their bonuses are a few reasons that I will play elsewhere.

I would probably feel the same. Lack of support is the most common and, sadly, the worst mistake casino workers tend to make. Getting back a player's trust is an immersively complex quest, and even money won't buy it back, sometimes 😀.

Slotheist gets a 3/10. I have played on here for 2 weeks. There are so many red flags. There are only three people or should I say three names on customer service. Hannah, Charlotte, and Henry. Hannah and Charlotte are worthless. Henry is subpar. What is very concerning about these three is that they are simply names ran by multiple people. I was on slotheist on a 24 hour bender and these names would always pop up and they all acted clueless on my inquiry.


Hannah said she was going to help me out with a free bonus for 300 deposited. She said to give her 2-3 hours to go over it with management team and they will form a special bonus code and she would email me. 16 hrs later nothing. So I messaged them and said what’s going on with bonus. Three hours of Charlotte and Henry stating she will email me.. finally connected with Hannah of my own how you done with this Adam volition and she then informed me that they decided there is nothing they can do. lol like NOTHING. I was generally thinking something small would be offered, but NOTHING? Oh actually they did offer me something… they offered me deposit codes that they offer everyone. And Hannah literally acted as if she was doing something special for me.

The only reason I gave site a positive number and not overall zero is because of games. Betsoft, Rival are my favorites.

STAY AWAY. Their format and games lead the way of deception but as you peel back the layers… you see how shady it is!
