On the 5th of November I was playing a game on the fat pirate site and won the bonus round I proceeded to select certain balls like I was asked 2 I turned over 2 red 2 purple 2 blue and 1 green on selecting my next ball the game never revealed the colour but just crashed giving me an error file

i have spent the best part of a week on live chat without a answer as to what happened i went on again to the site on Friday morning only to find the game was not even there anymore and I have still had no explanation or answer

I apologize, of course, but what did you expect from a casino with the name - Fat pirate?

The honesty to pay what they owe would seem quite obvious that I hit 1 of the bigger jackpots or what other reason would they have to take the game off the site

It almost sounds like the support is not well aware of the problem, and based on the fact you could not locate the game later, it could be something related to the game provider.

I imagine it must have been frustrating. If I were the casino support worker, I would do my best to find decent compensation for you., just to ease your negative experience.

Truth to be said, many casinos include in the terms that in case of technical bug, the winnings are not valid. Yet, it is always preferable to explain the circumstances fairly to the player and, for instance, compensate for the lost bet.

Could you tell me what you have been told this far by the casino workers?

I apologize, of course, but what did you expect from a casino with the name - Fat pirate?

I suppose the other player did not find it funny, but I had the same reaction when I saw someone else earlier griping about "Gangsta" Casino. I wanted to say I like your sense of humour. 🙂

I’ve been told many things clear the cache try a diff device the department that deals with this has been made aware and will contact u by email then I was told there was a problem with certain games and mine was 1 of them to log on in 2 hours and try again but that was a waste of time and and finally u will receive an email with any updates this has been ongoing since the 5/11/24

I also have all the chat logs the email from support and the screenshot of the error and the screenshot of the time game I was playing stake and Id number

To be perfectly honest, we give players the same advice whenever they run into issues that we can not find or replicate. 🙁 The number of oddities brought on by temporary browser files or cookies continues to astound me.

Anyway, as I mentioned, I would try my best to make that out for the player because I completely understand that it is not a cool experience. At least refunding the bet would be, in my opinion, in order. Instead of just sticking with the standard "finding the technical solution," which the casino must, in my opinion, find anyhow, it would make more sense to invest money to demonstrate to the player that his problem is significant and that his experience is my top priority.

I’m not quite sure if ur getting the complete picture it’s not just a case of asking for my money back I entered that bonus round which in that spin cost me 1 pound stake but the prize money is far more than just getting my money back it was a jackpot round on a game that is set to pay out huge amounts if a jackpot is triggered which I think happened hence the reason the game was removed from the site and for that matter still is. file

as this screen shot will show it’s not just ur average few hundred bonus round its for the big money and if u put into context the scenario that happened using the screenshot as a guide i had already turned 2 of each colour from the first 3 pots and only 1 of the smallest pot and on choosing the next pick the machine crashed b4 the colour was revealed !!! If that dosnt come across as a bit shady I don’t know what is

Hi, don't worry, I believe I get that much.

I understand your concern, I dare to say. It is not about just three nonfunctional rounds but rather about losing a streak of some sort under suspicious circumstances.

Usually, the game provider has to decide what has happened, and based on that, the casino will act. Basically, this is how things work in technical matters.

Thus I asked you to learn what you have been told by the casio so far. Has the specific provider been involved, please? I truly believe this is an important part.


I have received an email stating the site and the provider are still investigating what happened and how to resolve it

At least there is a possibility that the statement will eventually be provided by the game provider. I'm sorry it is such a mess, and believe me, I'd love to suggest anything helpful enough to get you out of it. However, when that kind of thing happens, the game provider's findings are typically very likely to have an impact.

Sometimes, and I hate to say it again, this investigation could take several months.

One suggestion, though, would be to inform Tomas that the game provider has been involved. I read the complaint, but I feel it would be good to mention that specifically if you have not done so.

He will probably tell you that we will have to wait until they are done. 🙁

Does it seem to u that the whole reason for the game crashing at that specific point was more because 1 of the bigger jackpots had been triggered cuz it does seem very strange that the sequence of crystals chosen avoided the lower payout and if the last crystal chosen had been green then I would of still needed to choose another !!! That’s why it would seem to me that it had already triggered the bigger jackpot many thanks

I imagine this is one of the opinions players in your situation would have over the other possibilities. Our minds always seek explanations and somehow tend to compose content to cover the preferred ones, for instance.

As I tried to previously say, but perhaps not that clearly, something like this is very hard to prove. From my point of view, it would not be very fair to support this opinion of yours because I'm just someone who has not seen any of this for my own eyes. I totally understand this may all seem very weird to you, but as long as the game provider, meaning the company that distributes the game in question, is also the one who is about to say whether the game rounds were ok or not, I hope you understand every suggestion is just tricky.

now it’s been 12 working days and still had nothing since first deposit on the 2nd February keep getting same answer there’s a delay in payments also had one email saying it was the payment provider that was the delay I will not let this company win I’ve cancelled the other withdrawal and trying the way I deposited to see if this works but the first one is still on going my patience has gone and I’m getting more angry 😤

I'm sure you're probably tired of it. On the other hand, I noticed that we have contacted the casino and I wonder if that explains why this situation is still going on. When you get one general answer and then another, I guess you don't know what's going on. 

So we will have to wait for the casino, hopefully they will get back to us soon.

Got my money this morning so it was processed yesterday got it this morning not received the other one yet and not much I won’t be using this website again because of the time it took to get my money x

I clearly understand your decision. But I'm glad you got at least the first amount and now you are waiting for only one withdrawal? 

Hi yes waiting on the last one because I was taking so long I cancelled it to see if another way was quicker so now I have to wait I did this on the 17th so let’s see but I will not be using them again

Okay , now try to leave the withdrawal as it is and don't edit it because you will always reset the wait time with a new entry.
