1. Can you please tell me what was the wrong i have done to block my account ?

2. Did i used free bonus from 24 betting.com ?

3. You would have asked for some proof from me alteast for clarification ?

4. You must be confident rather than afriad to give the conclusion to me that i have done fraud ?

5. I was excepting justice since my case was similar to Rakshit' s case.

6 finally i request you to provide the contact details of casino regulatory so that i can try next level for justice .

Hello Santhu.

Sorry for the delayed answer. I don't receive the notification when you are not answering directly on my post, so Daniel told me that you needed me here just a day ago.

Unfortunatelly, Costa Rica Gambling license is not accepting players complaints - however, the casino complaints are handled by Costa Rica law - so if you want to go further, you should hire a lawyer.

I am sorry - usually, there is an easier way to complain to the regulator. I didn't realize that (which license casino has) when I suggested this option in the complaint.

I cannot give you the details, but except for the IP match with four other accounts, there were also similarities in gaming patterns + creation dates, etc. The casino decided to close all the accounts as multiple accounts. We have cross-checked all the evidence, and even though we do not consider the same IP's as proof for multi-accounts, the supportive evidence shows a clear link between the accounts. That was the main reason why we ruled in favour of the casino.

As i said i had created 2 accounts. And in that one of my account is still active which i never deposited or withdraw or used any bonus .


So did i used any bonus in my 2 accounts ???


If similarities are there how can you make sure i have created many accounts . I am dam sure that they have cheated casino guru aswell .

I don't see any information on your screenshot. Look, two times we crossed checked all the evidence together. Not only by myself but also a bigger group of people solving complaints + one specialist.


Your complaint is related to sports betting and not to the casino - we do not solve these types of complaints. However, in this case, the evidence was obvious.


Together, five accounts with the same IPs, 3 of them did the same bets the identical amounts. The casino proved that betting was highly similar.


Not to mention that you are a VPN user and IPs on all five accounts are from VPN with the same pattern.


Look, Santhu, our specialist on sports betting, told us that the bets on all accounts were so similar that 99% its a fraud.


I am not sports betting expert - but I trust our specialist. 


But you can try it on some sportsbook forum. Maybe they will be able to analyze the data better, but I think the result will be the same.


However, we consider your case closed from all the data we received. I am sorry, but I can't do more for you.

Even if we had some doubts, we would reject the complaint as a sporting bet complaint. So the result would be the same.

You are completely confused in my case . I played and won in casino .but you are talking about sports betting . You answer is completely different related my issues .

I hope you can get contact number of my similar account please call and check you will come to know the truth . I have 2 phone number in my life time and i have mentioned those numbers also


Simple you can check in true caller app that itself tells names of phone number its very simple .

Dear Santhu - your issue was closed relatively soon. You came here, and you demanded from us to check two more times everything, so we did but with the same result. The proves are on the side of the casino. So at least we know who was wasted time in this case.

And your argument that we are part of a 24betting casino is laughable.

We solved many cases on our website (2600+) but based on evidence. Calling on numbers doesn't prove anything. The same bets on multiple accounts with the same IP proves that the casino had right.

I was reading solved case in casino guru i found that guy having multiple accounts got his winnings . But why it dint not happen in my case .

Please support me matej.ask if any proof required from me i will provide you to prove that i have not done any fraud
