Luckily I found this forum, I also have problems with Vulkan Vegas, I'm not really happy to hear that I'm not the only one but that you can apparently get help here.

Zum Glück hab ich dieses Forum gefunden, hab auch Probleme mit Vulkan Vegas, ich freu mich nicht wirklich zu hören das ich da nicht der einzige bin aber das man hier anscheind Hilfe bekommen kann.

Hallo Butte, ich habe auch grade Probleme mit dem Casino und wollte mal fragen ob es bei dir auch Probleme bei der Verifizierung gab, und wie lange das bei dir gedauert hat. Also neben den Bildern sind ja grüne Häckchen, aber haben die dir auch die Auszahlung verweigert weil es angeblich noch Zeit bis zur Verifizierung braucht.

Según la experiencia de los usuarios del foro, tardaron entre 2 y 3 semanas en recibir el dinero, pero no creo que hayan esperado tanto tiempo la verificación. ¿Le ha preguntado al casino si necesita enviarles algo más?

The support tells me that it can take a while until the verification is completed ... But actually it is.
