Dearest forum members, From time to time, we witness someone claim to be Casino Guru Administrator, member of the Affiliate Team. Fake Casino Guru social media profiles and email offers that resemble our own newsletters or email designs are also still fairly common. Please pay special attention when you are receiving Complaint Team responses, since we are aware that scammers still try to get passwords or any other details by faking our email templates. Posting reminder from the Complaint Team: Casino Guru will never ask you to make payments or grant access to your accounts in order to complete KYC on your behalf. If anyone claims to be from Casino Guru and requests such information, do not share anything with them. All communication from us will be through this official complaint thread or the official email addresses provided in your case. Please always check the domain of any email you receive and verify that it truly comes from us. You can confirm this by clicking on your complaint resolver’s profile. If you notice anything suspicious, don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly. Thank you for your patience, and stay safe.

How is the Guru team holding up at this time? Is everything as normal? All personnel still at work?

The company applies a general "home office policy" since 13th March so our offices are empty. The health of our employees and consultants is our no. 1 priority so since most of the people within the company have experience with working from home and all of us have laptops, it's not as complicated. Few people had issues getting back home from vacation, but they're already back safe and sound.

Actually Matej mentioned on yesterday's meeting that the work productivity in his team increased so the home office policy probably isn't a bad idea :-)

It depends on the Team. Data and Complaint team needs to answer to people every day. So I guess at least a few people will be working. (I will be one of them) You probably need to ask Joe (Jozef) about his plans.

hola,si a mi tambien me gustaria saber como estan los trabajadores de casino guru, si tomaron las medidas para resguardar la salud y seguridad de todos los miembros, al parecer estan todos bien en sus casas...yo tambien espere varias semanas respuesta de joe,pero seguimos en contacto y con su amabilidad de siempre, ademas es entendible la demora ya que el mundo esta funcionando distinto a lo normal, lo unico que espero es que continuemos con nuestras pruebas y test. Saludos  a todos desde chile .

Hi, we still work from our homes, so there's no change regarding it. We're going to have an online meeting tomorrow, Joe should be present as well so I'm going to ask him. As far as I know, we still plan to do more tests in the future so you don't need to be worried about it.
