You account will never be 0, unless they lower the bet limits to 1 cent. Impossible.

With thier rule about mixing funds (meaning your balance has to be zero before you can make another depisit). Shit, they'll never have to pay anyone! I hate ruby slots and casino guru is a joke. As far as I know, specifically for such cases, casinos normally state in their terms that when the amount is lower than a certain value (the minimum bet), the balance is considered zero.

But you have to think about the situation in full. It's not that simple, especially in your case.

That's a simple question I can gladly answer. We'll get 0. As well as we get nothing when we help a player to claim the winnings from the casino. In some cases, it can even easily cost us a lot of money to stand on the player's side since some casinos that don't agree with our resolution decide to close our affiliate accounts due to it. But then it's simple, we don't want to have any business relationship with such casinos in the future.

The complaints resolution center is something we didn't create to make money and it currently employs 15+ full time workers. We make money on having the largest online casino database in the world, which results in having strong positions in Google search results whenever a user starts looking for a specific or general online casinos.

Players are the ones who feed us. Not the casinos. If we disappoint the players trust by showing wrong data or supporting unfair casinos, it will return to us like a boomerang. On the other hand, it doesn't mean we'll always blindly decide in favour of the player whenever they submit a complaint against a casino.

This Casino needs to be black listed, period and if Casino Guru's doesnt do it, then I am going to start my own site.

Here is what I see with these Casinos this is my 2nd one I have played at and won and have received nothing.

I have spent countless hours chatting with these people, trying to get paid to no avail.

Here is how it is going to go with this piece of shit Casino.

You will send in multiple bankstatements, Utility Bills, DL and bank card information. I sent in a request on the 23rd of Feb. for with drawl I have spent probably 10 hours in chat, to no avail, they will tell you they didnt receive this document or that one. I have sent screen shots proving that I have sent request documents.

Next they will say they are escalating the issue, this has been done now 6 times for me.


Just stay the fuck away from this Casino, unless you just like playing with no chance of receiving no winnings.

Since you have a complaint, our team will try to help you, and I see that Michal has invited the casino to your complaint, so hopefully it will be resolved. I understand that the biggest obstacle is the verification which is still not completed and I see that the casino is taking quite a long time and you have tried to provide quite a lot of documents. Well, since the ball is in the casino's court, we'll have to wait and see what they say. 

I want to believe that everything will be resolved fairly and you will get your money when the verification is successful.
