im new to online gaming. and my experience is HORRID. the desired method is bitcoin. my credit and debit card company froze my accounts dozens of times trying to place deposits. they would not allow to buy crypto. FRAUD alerts kept being triggered. but i was persistent in finding ways get my deposits done. i lost in beginning, but continued until my withdrawals latger than deposits. ive had 4700 tied up in one casino because they cannot pay me bitcoin cause CC transactions in deposits were greater than my crypto. all CC charges were taxed, by the way. SERVICE fees by processor, whom is the one causing my issues. after not being able get my money due to my bank being on processor black list, i was directed to open a bank account that's qualified with the processor. i did this, but its still not acceptable because its new account. I've had change my withdrawals because they keep telling me to try different methods get process approved. so i started gaming at other casinos. PROBLEM, they are affiliated, which i did not know thats why their marketing was directed towards me by internet engines. i have total of almost 10,000 in withdrawals that is not getting processed. ive gotten a players reward card with 200, hundreds bonuses i cannot use cause of pending withdrawals. and no way get my $. out of 10 affiliated casinos 1 has cleared my withdrawals. sent bitcoin and funded rewards card. i was told i am being processed 500 out of 4700 to bitcoin and just wait days stated in T and C. but original withdrawals 2500 and 2200 were made over 6 weeks ago. i filed CPS on one of casinos, as trying to find way get me my money, I was harassed and attempted to accept blame for them not getting my money. its my fault that my bank is on a blacklist i have no access to. i stated i would take all winnings in crypto. that request refused stating funds have be returned in manner deposited, even though i found a way get crypto on books, money that tied to previous cards cannot be received crypto. even after processor told me i was approved, but i guess that was for 500 out of the running total of thousands. how do i proceed?

I'm sorry, but I'm not familiar with your situation at all. I have never heard that a bank may be blacklisted and so on. Things work a bit differently where I came from, I'd say.

I was told casino can only issue funds to certain banks. And mine was not approved. One individual used term blacklisted. Others said just to many banks to establish funding for them all.

I have not encountered a similar situation before. But if your bank is not supported, is it not possible to withdraw by another method ?

ty. i was told try different ways. but not qualified according casino policy. how deposit is how have receive. i was told an exception being made, but since i had been instructed to try other methods, my waiting time has restarted each time. and i was told id get 500 exception bitcoin, not entire amount. and i would need to funnel that into account so crypto equal credit card so qualify receive crypto. one casino cleared withdrawals. two have told me processing check. theres 7 casinos and use same processor. after my $ became locked i was trying others to win back what i had deposited while i was waiting. in end same issue arose, problems processing.

500 bitcoin is no longer pending. Being processed. The 4200 put i had put in for wire transfer returned to balance. Withdrew again, thus time for check. But don't know when checks be available again.

Well, it's hard to assume the situation for seven casinos at once, but it sounds like the main issue is truly the bank considering the same processor.

Just be very careful with the idea of winning something back. It usually doesn't end up well.

And if you find yourself in a tight spot, feel free to submit complaints against other casinos too.

At least one positive step. I must admit, checks sound a bit time-consuming, but it's better than nothing, right?

i wanted check since beginning but it wasn't an option due to processing constraints. told be long wait. well here we are 7 weeks later, so dont know if that was enough time for checks be on table. and my 5 to 7 day wait for processing starts over and then 10 days for issuance, if checks are on table again. yesterday was my birthday, incentive to vip II, my level i built up to in my 2 months as customer, was birthday bonuses. i cant partake in them cause pending withdrawals. winning back was not working. on cold streak and lost . im taking a hiatus until current issues resolved. and thanks for support.

It's alright, we are always happy to help if we can. 

As for the checks, I think that if they lasted 7 weeks, that's more than enough. We give casinos 14 days to resolve a withdrawal, so if you're in a situation where the casino exceeds that time, feel free to file a complaint. Our team will try to help and investigate what happened. 

As Radka mentioned, winning something back is a phrase that most players say to themselves after they lose some money and most of the time they end up losing even more, so be careful.

Lost it all. Got tired waiting everyone. 12,000 on mighty drums les than 24 hours across all casinos had pending withdrawals. Never could win spin. Could not see reels spun so fast. So much for 96 RTP. I admit I was fooled.

I agree. N ty. I was wrecklesss. I thought I was logical. Probabilities on my side. But maybe the cliche I been told a lot lately us true. " house always wins".

You could try Revolut you can open up an account in the USA you can buy sell and receive crypto at Recolut and it acts like a normal online bank you can get a debit card and exchange money between banks. If you are interested it would be good if you check with your casino to see if this is an acceptable banking institution. Good luck getting your funds

Hey, as we say, better late, than never, right? Unfortunately, it is always like that, the longer you play, the greater is your chance of losing. my friend own pc recycling and repair company. going see how much he would charge me to run scan and look for hidden network blockers. i keep getting kicked out inclave and error message pops up "bad state", but still logs me in to webplay. the oddity is while logged in, I'm taken to casino homepage and told log in again. then get kicked out all time. ive run diagnostics on my pc. network connection great as ever, but gaming get continual communication errors. im wondering if errors were part of my lucky streak, since got caught in middle of casino system update, everything been downhill. but its impossible get casino to allow IT support, as just say "fine on our end" to avoid possibility of acknowledging any difficulties. i don't know how customer support, whom cannot even understand some of complexities of terms and conditions, are able verify the functioning of software in mere seconds. they are nice and helpful people, doing a job. but will clam up when asking tough questions that are beyond their job description and will not direct to staff whom can give answers. after the difficulties ive undertaken, i feel that i am entitled to be explained how system regulates me and if system is just computer logic or if human influence is given. why i lost my VIP status i paid for with time and money just because i was winning. and why am i allowed keep status in crypto casinos, but not the affiliated sister sites that are not crypto exclusive. i lost it all and then some, they wont answer the time frame system does an update to evaluate my winnings versus deposits. i deposited over 10,000 in 3 months across the sisterhood. and while my largest winning was 4700 i waited for 3 months from slotmaddness, i did not profit most from it before i gave it back. i deposited most my funds to win the 4700. the crypto, where i am not excluded, i had won way more than deposited. until i went on my one day marathon, then lost my personal funds trying to recooperate my pending withdrawals i canceled and lost back to house.

the casino advised cash app and ive been using it. just sucks all fees included when sending for deposit and taxed again when concerting to cash to add to my bank account, i have revolut account from past, but haven't logged in for long time. as it was primarily just gateway i used for applying for loan. i do use bitpay, uphold, and coinbase. but each has own confliction with different payment providers i use. thanks for suggestion

That's right might help someone else decide if they want a banking and crypto wallet all in one for gambling online. Yes cash app fees are expensive but get your cash from the casino what ever way you can and good luck

There's software issue. I spoke with VIP host manager whom escalated issue to casino management. But its not just casino. I never had chance. As network was being jammed and my responses not being trafficked to servers. Not sure where error in coding exactly occurred. But links through Inclave were misdirection to wrong accounts and giving bad state or invalid state errors. I would still be logged on local, but not knowingly inactive withservers. Reason mY playthrough never changed. When I logged out enclave, it through security warning for one casinos that under protection cloudfare. But showed wrong IP adress. Actual IP adress that alleged to be mine is associated with another casino I had been registered to with enclave, but not actively logged in.
