They are very difficult. I made a withdrawal from 10.02.2025 and I no longer respond to e-mails. I do not recommend. Very disinterested.

Hi, did the casino tell you why you have been waiting for more than two weeks? Is this your first withdrawal? Was it necessary to provide the casino with any documents or not?
