As you can see in the pictures attached above, I made the withdrawal on 10.02.2025. How long can it take? 5 days? 10? They have already exceeded any limit. My withdrawal has been pending for 17 days, and I don't know how much longer it will take because they no longer respond to emails, and I can't contact them anymore. 😐
That's why it's an excellent step that you have opened a complaint and our team will try to help you in your case. The fact that the casino is not responding to you and that it is taking so long is not normal I would say, but hopefully it will be resolved and you will eventually get your money.
Although that is something I hate to say in your situation, but we will have to wait for that.

During that time my balance turned to $15 000 (hahaha) and I got only the rest. Sometimes I think they do that intentionally, just to make people spend at least a part of their reward back.
I can relate to your situation. I had a similar experience where I won around $35,000, and it increased to $70,000. However, after that, it dropped to around $25,000. These fluctuations were caused by the crypto market, and I had to wait over 8 months, and I’m still waiting.
