Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. I haven't received a refund from anyone yet, all I have done is sent emails to the bank the company and a few payment providers. Think I got on the train too late also

I had a transaction paid to Motiv8 Techn. Based in Nigeria. My bank said they couldn’t file a chargeback because I had used 2FA but it went to the fraud team and I received the refund back in my account yesterday.
