Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. well stupid NatWest called me to say we are sorry we can send you this info unless the retailer decides to dispute again your refunds if they decided to contest and reopen we may send you their letter which states their email and address

that's why they never contest a dispute so they remain hidden

guys excluding Revlout from the list any UK bank dispute processes requires merchant to send a letter that has their contact details email and phone number and address and name of company when contesting a dispute

the bank then .at share this with the customer that's why they decided to not contest any disputes to remain and keep a low profile so if you manage to raise any chargeback with any UK bank, 100% you are winning it

Looks like for Sp wallet, img vibes and mlsys the only way is chargeback. Has anyone had successful refund once chargeback was submitted ie they refunded or it passed 35/40 day visa/mastercard time and was successful by default?
