Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. I think all casinos are scams, don't they? Some have better spins, some worse! Why don't they play with local operators? - Because they don't want to have problems with banks (credit history) or they have an addiction and can't play anymore.

I think you need to send confirmation of correspondence with the merchant and that they are not responding and not fulfilling their obligations.

Oh so annpying , they kept asking me for the same things 2 , but today they said yoir case is currently under review and the investigation is expected to tale 5 days
