Emails pointless, response (we dont do refunds) support@elegro.eu, support@velobrt.com Disputed with bank (monzo) they declined. Then some refunds appeared. I believe raising the disputes triggers Nikotpf*s end hence the refunds

Went via my bank (monzo) they declined them unfortunately. (Chargebacks) However when I raised the disputes a few days later money appeared in my bank from said merchant (goldveils ltd Nikotpf)
