A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Skins Land dispute was successful for me, just email them asking for your 'digital skins' they will likely ignore and you can dispute as services not received

Hello dear refund masters,

I received this email from Mercuryo. Could someone please tell me what options I have to proceed with this case, or if it is hopeless?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We are sorry to hear that this has happened to you.

Based on our review, the transaction you are referring to was processed through Mercuryo as a cryptocurrency purchase.

While the website you used may not have clearly stated this, the payment flow you completed resulted in a crypto transaction on the blockchain, not a standard card purchase for goods or services.

Unfortunately, it appears that the website you interacted with was not a legitimate one, looks like a scam case.

These websites are designed to look like regular online stores, but in reality they redirect payments into cryptocurrency transactions.

Once a crypto transaction is completed and confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed or refunded.

To clarify Mercuryo’s role:

Mercuryo did not sell goods or services to you

Mercuryo acted solely as a payment processor, converting funds into cryptocurrency as authorized during checkout

The destination wallet was provided by the third-party website, not Mercuryo

The funds were sent to the wallet address that was indicated at the time of the transaction.

As the funds have already been transferred and are no longer held on our platform, we are unfortunately unable to cancel the transaction or issue a refund. Please note that blockchain transactions are irreversible by nature.

We recommend contacting your local Police department to investigate the case.

At this stage, there are no further actions we can take from our side, as the transaction has already been successfully processed.

Please know that we take cases of fraud seriously. We have closed your account to safeguard against any unauthorized access and we'll pass all information to the relevant team who will investigate this matter thoroughly. However, we won't be able to provide updates on the case or issue a refund or return of funds.

Hello, just in case the context is not obvious, kindly mind the friendly warning we posted earlier:

"So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members:

Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos.

Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone.

But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk."

Thank you for your attention.

Thank you very much for helping the player. I just moved his post to the casino's specific thread.

Sadly, I agree with you.

Check out their terms and conditions, usually they have prohibited activities which most say unregulated gambling platforms, I presume you would not have completed KYC so could say that. They should have done due diligence when selecting clients, I presume since they acknowledged that it may be a scam site, why did they allow those transactions to process?

Doesn't matter what you say as they won't dispute them. Just mention masked mcc codes and that these sites are chancers. Praying on gam-stop punters.

Morning guys. I raised chargebacks/disputes with these 4 Tchtxt transactions on the 18th of March. Monzo said they couldn't dispute them. Today they have been refunded. I have not contacted them. Just appeared in my bank.file
