Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Yeah that was my thoughts too I have a few to that also🙁 dress expert I messaged on a Sunday they replied the Monday so you’re probably right they were honestly the easiest refund I had but didn’t have many with them. I’ve not heard of that one I’ll have a look about
