Yea man you and me both. Just know you're not alone and I get the struggle. We'll make it out of this. Try and rid of the anxiety that the bank will pursue you. If the casino you used was offshore, there's virtually no chance they'll try and get you for criminal charges. To put you at peace of mind, just look up the countless threads on reddit of people complaining that their chargeback (for fraud) got denied, although for legitimate reasons. A staggering "0" out of the 10 threads I read up on say anything about getting charged for "making a false fraud dispute". It simply just ends with a denial.

I would also like to add, when I disputed my claim via phone with USAA, the lady literally said "if we find the dispute is invalid or wrong, we will then message you that we will be debiting the provisional money out your account". I honestly think it's that simple. As long as you're not constantly spam charging back absurd amounts of money at a time, you're not going to face any criminal charges for it.

My original complaint went to the casino and they've responded 2 months later. They've swerved the whole complaint just saying I'd registered knowing the risks of gambling. Not acknowledged the 3rd party mcc incorrect coding at all. They have offered to refund the amount deposited in January though which is peanuts as I'd come to my senses by then.
