Hi Guys, this is revolut specific. I raised 1 chargeback for round 500 & on day 45 merchant was unresponsive hence refund was processed. I then raised 6 separate payments totalling like £550 and after 45 days merchant was unresponsive. Chased them up several times spoke to managers raised a complaint etc. But, they are now saying i have to wait until 12 weeks is up instead and gave me the date. anyone had a chargeback like this? and if the merchant was unresponsive through the entire 12 weeks did you then get the money back?? Its mastercard so I know normally 45 days but this is being the max timeframe, 12 weeks, no pre arb/ arbitration, and merchant has not responsed once. Anyone having, or had something similar??

Zenit Marketing LTD, they have virtual office in infamous 85 Great Portland Street, London. I was trying to find anything or any kind of contact for them for few weeks. After not finding it, I decided to just do chargeback as not received services with my bank( VISA, debit). I had funds sent bank from merchants bank within few days.

It was the only merchant from all I have, that I could not contact, and it was only two small transactions, so I decided to try. Im sure lots of these merchants use misleading transaction names and dont provide their contact info online, so that we could not find them. Maybe you could send a registered letter to that address, requesting refund from business( you will not receive reply, but will have prove of communication, for your bank).
