A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

I thought a template would be easier so you can just change merchant name and add all the transactions. I am sure all the wording would be the same anyway.

I guess AI would generate something good, so thanks for that idea.

I just got the following response from Valueville:

Thank you for your email.

Please note that if you see "ValueVille," or a similar name on your account statement, don't worry, your money is safely deposited at your merchant of choice. ValueVille works with a variety of e-merchant resellers to securely process payments. As a partner to various e-merchant resellers who process payments, we are not the originator of these transactions. For further details or assistance regarding the specific transaction, we kindly suggest contacting the relevant merchant/point of sales directly.

Kind regards,

Tyler

I have a charge with them too

I'd say quit gambling fella and stop free rolling.. you been on here 9 months looking for information to chargeback. No good

hace 7 meses

You say this Paul, but I have transactions from over 18 months ago to some of these casinos and they are the same variations as some I had previously won chargebacks with, Online DG* or whatever it is, is on my statements from almost 15 months ago in complete different forms. Some people are free rolling, that is clear. But not everyone is, not everyone is lucky enough to not relapse. I've had my big relapse again since receiving money from the banks, and I regret it and I've sorted myself out, I have reimbursed some losses, but I am stuck with some, that's what gamblers do unfortunately when they receive money. I am grateful you helped me with E0000480, everyone here is grateful for the help you put in as well but don't be pointing fingers. It's not our place to do so! We should all be here to help one another, and this person has contributed largely also in the forum in the last year! 🙂

Unfortunately it's one I've struggled with and I believe it is in India. Someone here has said they have found it but won't jeopardise their own chargeback/refund which is understandable. Sometimes it's best to be patient and wait for the details to come out 🙂

They get wise to templates and can come up with some loophole to avoid dealing with them. AI should give you an authentic response.

Ah yes the third party in the chain. Kinguin and others have tried to use this excuse which would be perfectly fine if the purchases were retail goods or similar. The problem is that it is a regulated and highly restricted product - Gambling where rules exist on the card networks to prevent money laundering and fraud.

I guess the only way forward is a dispute then?

hace 7 meses

I've a casino using their name for transactions at the start of last year. Around August time the name of the merchant changed to MTech(also based in Cyprus) and then the merchant reverted back to 20bet at the end of the year. Couple of points...

1. Transactions should represent the actual name of the company you are purchasing from so the use of MTech as the merchant is misrepresentation....why would a casino change merchant name midyear?

2. When I tried to do a few withdrawals back to my MasterCard these were rejected by my bank and I was then advised to do a bank transfer. Is this another red flag?

Thanks in advance.

Think your very wrong there pal! Massively wrong in fact. My primary aim is to shutdown merchant networks and I'll continue to get them shutdown.
