I did have a number of emails with them that went on for a few weeks, I am happy to provide you with information which I included in my email to them but would rather send via email!

I got a £6000 refund then the bank changed their minds and done the chargebacks so I got all deposits back plus winnings paid out plus the £6000

Raised it with my bank as a charge back - took bout 30 days

Currently disputing coolcs2 transactions with my bank, I went down the whole goods not received route, now they want an email detailing the total amount and explaining all information relating to these payments, I’m not sure what to put? As it was for over £300 and multiple transactions

I did get $6,000 directly from one - I don’t think there was anything special I did as I have sent the same issues to several others

You say this Paul, but I have transactions from over 18 months ago to some of these casinos and they are the same variations as some I had previously won chargebacks with, Online DG* or whatever it is, is on my statements from almost 15 months ago in complete different forms. Some people are free rolling, that is clear. But not everyone is, not everyone is lucky enough to not relapse. I've had my big relapse again since receiving money from the banks, and I regret it and I've sorted myself out, I have reimbursed some losses, but I am stuck with some, that's what gamblers do unfortunately when they receive money. I am grateful you helped me with E0000480, everyone here is grateful for the help you put in as well but don't be pointing fingers. It's not our place to do so! We should all be here to help one another, and this person has contributed largely also in the forum in the last year! 🙂

Use your brain.. the guy wants to chargeback through the bank. A chargeback period is 120 days (4 months) and he has been on here 9 months. Sounds familiar dont it.. You said yourself you 'relapsed'... but you went back to an illegal online site knowing full well you could get refunded - this is freerolling. There's no excuse for that unfortunately. I helped you out because you were practically begging. But you crack on you are your own worst enemy in this instance. We've all become a cropper but I'd like to think most of us learn the first time around

You filled a chargeback form without providing a clear issue description, dates, and necessary documents, hence we were forced to cancel it. Feel free to raise it again if you still need

The merchant provided us with documentation supporting their side and after a careful analysis, we were not able to proceed with the dispute according to the card scheme rules

We are bound by Visa and Mastercard card scheme rules

While we hope for the best outcomes for our customers, it is the Visa and Mastercard card schemes that do not allow us to proceed with this particular claim per their rules

Massively struggling to get any response from any payment merchants iv used 19 merchants. Only 1 chargeback approved by bank. 0 refunds. Iv sent multiple emails to payment merchants I could find
