Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. „our company is not a credit card acquirer and we have no legal relationship with VISA or MasterCard. If your MasterCard was debited it was debited by somebody else and not by our company. We debit no credit and debit cards.

We suggest that you initiate a chargeback procedure as we are not involved in any way in transactions you describe.

I have just changed all my Barclaycard ones from goods not received to chargeback visa codes 12.7 and 13.5.

Probably for the best as I think the merchants are wise to goods not received nowadays

Wait, give them a few days at most. While i was awaiting the refund, I sent another transaction that I missed of my first email and that was refunded at the same time.

Email sent for those others of mine. Lets see what happens. Its only £35
