I had Asda bank deny me chargebacks. Went to FOS and they said the chargebacks should not be put through but any money from them should be interest free. RIVIDI travel core was the company. They reply but they say "in order for refunds to be processed please ask bank to contact us via chargeback" and I showed them this and they still wouldn’t put anything through.

That’s rubbish, some of the decisions are shocking. Did you get the actual ombudsman to assess rather than the first investigator/adjudicator?

If not I wonder if you shared some of the reasoning why they sided with bank some of us could possibly assist.

They sided with the bank due to gambling not being able to be put on chargebacks via visa or Mastercard. Which I asked for wrong Mcc.

Nightmare that is considering there is zero exclusion on VISA for gambling. I think (I may be wrong) but on Mastercard there is an exclusion but if miscoded/misrepresentation then it doesn’t apply issue with Mastercard banks are it’s very difficult to get it through likely due to a lack of understanding and just generally hating anything to do with gambling.
