Yeah, they're just regurgitating some pre written stuff as they usually do, ignore anything they say and file chargebacks where possible, legally they don't have a leg to stand on and they know it, hence them typing here trying to scare people


They've broken laws under the UK gambling act 2005 in that aspect, not to mention data protection laws amongst others (money laundering, transaction laundering etc)

They are also not adhering to tax that all UK registered casinos have to pay to be on the register.

As per the UK gambling act 2005, you are required to have a UK gambling license, could you show us that please? Or are you not operating by the UK regulatory bodies standards despite offering services knowingly to UK customers?

Their license was "pending" when i gambled with them, unfortunately didn't find this out until after the fact. They advertised as a licensed casino when they didn't have one.

Desgraciadamente ninguna de estas casas de apuestas no reguladas pagan multa, ni les pueden hacer nada por qué operan en paraísos fiscales. Los estados y leyes nos dejan indefensos antes estos aprovechados. La única solución es las devoluciones de cargo. Usar las vías sucias como hacen ellos para retroceder los cargos. Yo así he recuperado más de 10.000 euros. Eso sí, no pienso visitar Chipre ni Curasao en mi vida 🤣🤣

They found one of the guys involved with Santeda, Mario Fiorini, Santeda got slapped with a huge fine by 3 different countries, also for those who don't know, Santeda B.V. used to operate as OnyxioN B.V.

It wouldn't shock me, also wouldn't shock me if it was them as mods here have said casinos have contacted them to take the thread down, so the thread here is clearly seen as an issue for them, the regurgitated replies and customer service agent names match up too.
