Gransino Casino - El reintegro del jugador se ha retrasado.

Hello everyone,

I registered with Gransino on May 4, 2026.

I deposited a total of €1000. And then won €4000.

I made a withdrawal on Monday.

According to the terms and conditions, processing takes 3 business days. It's now been 7 days and I still haven't received anything.

When I inquire via chat or email, I always get the same answer: it's being processed and I should be patient.

I ask for your help.

Hab 1000€ insgesamt eingezahlt. Und dann 4000€ gewonnen.

Ich habe am Montag eine Auszahlung getätigt.

Lt. AGB dauert die Bearbeitung 3 Werktage. Jetzt sind es 7 Tage und ich habe immer noch nichts erhalten.

Beim nachfragen im Chat oder per Mail immer die gleiche Antwort. Es wird bearbeitet und ich soll mich gedulden.

Ich bitte Sie um Ihre Hilfe.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
