They blocked my account after i made a withdraw for the first time, the reason is because i have multiple accounts.

Only i didnt use any bonus on the account i withdraw the 4999 euro.

Both accounts are blocked, and they tell me i cant do anything about it.

Do you confirm that you have 2 accounts? If yes, why did you create a second account? When did you create the first and when the second account? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

I do confirm i have 2 account, i wanted a clean account as i felt like luck was not on my side at that first account.

This is the only reason why i made a second account, i didnt use any bonussen on the second account.

I created my first account somewhere at the start of 2023 (cant find the date anymore).

My second account i made the 3rd of june this year.

I spoke with the support departement of lalabet 15th of june after my withdraw was cancelled and my accounts blocked.

i told them i didnt know about this rule and that i didnt abuse any bonus or such , but they told me there is no room for discussion.

I deposited around 4k that day i created the new account and i tried to withdraw my winnings later on that day.

I even told them that i dont mind to have that first account deleted. I was not planning to use it anymore.

I deposited around 50k and never withdraw anything.

I was wrong, the last time i spoke with them was the 4th of June. I will add screenshots to make it more clear

It is strictly forbidden to create more than 1 account in every online casino. They have now the right to block both of your accounts and confiscate any money from them.

Please keep in mind that you can never have more accounts as it is a standard term in all online casinos.

We will be now closing the complaint as unjustified as you have breached the casino rules.
