My payout was requested on December 4, 2025, and paid out on December 8, 2025, but it was rejected by my bank and reversed a few minutes later.

I immediately wrote to support, explained the situation, and provided the necessary evidence.

Now I've been waiting for many days and am constantly being told that the team is looking into my case, but there are no results.

Over a week has passed and all they have to do is check whether the money has been refunded.

I'm at the end of my patience and want the money I'm owed.

If I continue to be put off by such reasons, I will have to take legal action, as you are required to comply with EU law.
