This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

I'm sorry, but your response is ignorant. There are a high number of complaints about this casino because payouts are systematically delayed. The casino isn't even adhering to its own terms and conditions! This is where it gets interesting. If the customer doesn't follow the sometimes arbitrary rules, then tough luck. The company, however, can do whatever it wants. And you're supporting this! You're giving this casino an excellent rating.

They do not behave neutrally and represent the interests of the casino.

Or how do you explain the many complaints and the good reviews you've received?

Tut mir leid, aber ihre Antwort ist ignorant. Bei dem Casino gibt es eine hohe Anzahl an Beschwerden, weil systematisch die Auszahlung verzögert wird. Das Casino hält sich nicht an seine eigenen AGB! Hier wird es interesssant. Wenn der Kunde sich nicht an die teilweise sehr willkürlichen Regeln hält, dann hat er Pech gehabt. Das Unternehmen kann jedoch machen was es will. Und Sie unterstützen das noch! Sie vergeben diesem Casino eine ausgezeichnete Bewertung.
