Pistolo Casino - El jugador afirma que el pago se ha retrasado.

I would like you to help me with the withdrawals I have requested from Pistolo Casino and they have not yet been completed.

I have been a player at this casino for a long time and the truth is that it is a very amorphous platform with many games and your time passes pleasantly. I don't know if it is too early to file a complaint, but speaking with them several times regarding withdrawals, they keep telling me that they have a large volume of withdrawals and that is why they are delaying, reassuring me that they are doing everything they can to complete the withdrawals.

The first withdrawal of 500 euros was requested by me on 26/1/26. The second withdrawal was requested on 27/01/26 and the third on 28/1/26.

Given the fact that I currently have an open balance in my account at this particular casino of approximately 5000 euros and I want to proceed with subsequent withdrawals as Pistolo does not give you the right to withdraw the entire amount but only 500 euros at a time, and reading on your site and other sites related complaints about the delay in withdrawals from this particular casino, I am beginning to doubt that they will proceed with processing my withdrawals.

θα ήθελα να με βοηθήσετε σχετικά με τις αναλήψεις που εχω ζητήσει από το pistolo casino και ακόμα δεν έχουν ολοκληρωθεί .

Ειμαι καιρό παίχτης στο συγκεκριμένο καζίνο και η αλήθεια είναι οτι ειναι μια πολυ άμορφη πλατφόρμα με πολλά παιχνίδια και περνάει ο χρόνος σου ευχάριστα . Δεν ξερω αν ειναι νωρίς για να υποβάλλω παράπονο , αλλά μιλώντας μαζι τους αρκετές φορές σχετικα με τις αναλήψεις , μου λένε συνέχεια οτι έχουν μεγάλο ογκο αναλήψεων και για αυτό καθυστερούν καθησυχάζοντας οτι κάνουν ότι μπορούν για να ολοκληρώσουν τις αναλήψεις .

Η Πρώτη ανάληψη 500ευρω ζητήθηκε απο εμένα στις 26/1/26 .Η δεύτερη αναληψη ζητήθηκε 27/01/26 και η τριτη 28/1/26 .

Δεδομένου το γεγονός οτι εχω ανοιχτο υπόλοιπο στον λογαριασμό μου στο συγκεκριμένο καζινο αυτήν την στιγμή περίπου 5000ευρω και θελω να προχωρήσω και σε επόμενες αναλήψεις καθώς δεν σου δινει το δικαίωμα η pistolo να αποσύρεις ολο το ποσό παρα μόνο 500ευρω την φορα , και διαβάζοντας στο σαιτ σας αλλα και σε αλλα σαιτ σχετικα παράπονα για την καθυστέρηση αναλήψεων απο το συγκεκριμένο καζίνο , αρχιζω να αμφισβητώ οτι θα προχωρήσουν στην διεκπεραίωση των αναλήψεων μου .

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
