Had my withdrawal being processed since the 9th, I know its not the longest time yet but Ive been told the withdrawals should be done within 3 business days.

Ive had 1 withdrawal so far, Im worried this is going to be an ongoing issue, so Im putting the complaint in now.

Ive fairly gotten my winnings to where they are and would like them.

Hi Karla, No the withdrawl still hasn't came in. Support keeps giving me the typical run around that it is being processed and on priority queue. Just being told to be patient even tho my first withdrawl came in 3 days, this being the 2nd,3rd and 4th are being unjustified delayed.

No kyc requested and would also like to update the dispute amount to 202250cad now.

I understand Ice made it to a major win but these delays feel like a tactic for me to gwt tilted and just gamble the money away.

Yea so I lost most of what I made...at 85k now and still not getting any answers from support, this is totally a scam casino with no means to actually pay out big wins.

Was at 300k at one point, their intention is to delay so you give in and completely lose winnings. I obviously fell for the trap but at the same time, with their garbage withdrawl limits it would've took years to get paid out anyways.

I just want my 85k and the 2250 in withdrawl process, atleast this way I can get something from this scam casino, they will gladly take your money no problems but will delay the he'll out of you for winnings.

Their safety index should be alot lower, as for the people that stopped replying to complaints, im sorry. I know you got played and lost which Im on the way to.

Not planning on playing anymore, at this point better to walk away with something
