El peor casino de todos. Primero tuve un problema con la apuesta del depósito (sin bonificación) Dijeron que es 1X pero eso no es cierto. Hice varios depósitos y todos eran apuestas de 3X. Los confronté con mi último depósito que era de 100 € y obtuve una buena ganancia y quería hacer un retiro, pero la apuesta dijo que no era posible y tuve que jugar por 130 € más (y ya estaba jugando por un tiempo), así que definitivamente es no 1X. Después de eso, ya no respondieron mis correos electrónicos. Así es como tratan a los clientes. Así que les pedí que borraran mi cuenta. Tampoco hubo respuesta, así que pregunté en el chat en vivo. Fue toda una tarea eliminar mi cuenta.
Desafortunadamente, olvidé que tenía un retiro pendiente. Es hace un par de días y aún no he recibido nada en mi cuenta bancaria. Los correos electrónicos a los que no responden, así que esperaré un poco más y si no recibo mi dinero, comenzaré una queja.
Casi lo olvido... esta fue mi primera experiencia con soporte. Les pregunté cómo ser verificados porque no había una página para subir documentos. Esta fue la respuesta que obtuve:
"No hay necesidad de jugar y hacer depósitos en nuestro sitio. A medida que realiza una solicitud de derivación, el sistema puede ofrecer verificación si es necesario".
Respuesta muy extraña ;-(
actualizar; después de ese primer retiro, se volvieron mucho más rápidos, la mayoría de ellos en mi cuenta bancaria en 1 día.
El soporte sigue siendo terrible
Worst casino ever. First i had a problem with the wager of the deposit (no bonus) They stated it is 1X but thats not true. Did several deposits and they were all about 3X wager. I confronted them with my last deposit that was €100 and i had a nice win and wanted to make a withdraw but wager said not possible and had to play for €130 more (and i was playing already for a while) so its most definitely not 1X. After that they didn't respond anymore on my emails. So thats how they treat customers. So i asked them to delete my account. Also no answer so i asked in live chat. It was quite a task to get my account deleted.
Unfortunately i forgot i had one withdraw pending. Its a couple of days ago and didn't received nothing yet in my bank account. Emails they don't respond to so i will wait a little bit more and if i don't get my money then i will start a complain.
Almost forgot... this was my first experience with support. I asked them how to get verified because there was no page to upload documents. This was the answer i got:
"There is no need to play and make deposits on our site. As you make a derivation request, the system may offer verification if necessary."
Very strange answer ;-(
update; after that first withdraw they became much quicker, most of them in my bank account in 1 day.
Support still is terrible
