Well that was a mighty terrible experience. I couldn't play one game without constant pop ups asking me to fill in a survey, collect bonuses that I didn't want, and preventing me from continuing without reloading the game at least six times. I won't play here again.

I've made eleven deposits over the course of a couple of weeks and played several game providers. The RTP is painful. I recently got a bonus on a $2 bet and received $3 and change (I had to take a screenshot to remind myself it really happened). The game selection is quite limited for Canadian players, and I would love to comment on their verification/withdrawal processes, but I've not once been anywhere near reaching that point. I was sent a cashback offer via email that when I tried to accept it was told it was a mistake. I appreciated the apology and quick customer service, but I really haven't had much fun for the amount of money spent. Not a great first impression.

Yeah, just to reiterate what is already clear by the rating, this site behaves strangely and I wouldn't make a deposit here. I did play a little but rarely because although I could deposit in CAD dollars the games are all in Euros which isn't great. Recently I attempted to play out a small amount of cashback ($7 CAD) and I am unable to access any games because my account is "rate limited and temporarily banned by the site administrator" which is something I have never even heard of. Chat says it's fine and they just need to control how many times someone accesses their site and to try again later. I've maybe played there for fifteen minutes once a week ago, sooo...nope. Stuff isn't right.

Although I initially enjoyed playing here and was cautiously optimistic, it's become sadly clear this isn't a place to play if you want to make a withdrawal. I've been waiting for over a week with no end in site for a $500 CAD withdrawal. Emails go unanswered. Yesterday after waiting 30 minutes on chat I was told the delay was due to the high volume of withdrawal requests, which in my experience is just another way of saying they are either out of funds to pay people, do not have enough staff to function, want people to play their winnings but not collect them, or simply will soon be closing their doors. Whatever the reason I am done playing here and have zero reason to believe I'll ever see a penny. I'll update this review should it ever happen. Beware.

Update: A few hours after writing this review and it being approved (I had emailed the casino a screenshot of it as well) I received my withdrawal and it was instantly in my bank account as per the method I use. They included a note saying that they process withdrawals within 48 hours, which is not at all what my experience was. A full week is a far cry from 48 hours, and I personally don't believe I would have had any results without writing my review on this forum. So thank you Casino Guru. I upgraded my experience moderately because I actually received my funds.

I have a theory about casinos that don't make responsible gaming tools available. If a casino doesn't make it easy, it's because they don't have the best interest of the player in mind, which then should give a person pause before assuming everything else is run ethically. I played, had some luck, made a modest withdrawal and then decided to take a week long break. According to their terms and conditions this is as easy as contacting support and they will happily oblige, so I decided to test that. I've been here before with this particular brand, so I contacted chat who said no problem BUT your "VIP" agent will get in contact with you we can't do anything.

Needless to say this didn't happen other than my "VIP" agent sending me an email offering bonuses. I just have to contact him via WHaTSapp! Yay! I've dealt with this kind of thing too many times so after two days of following up with chat and challenging the notion that they "easily offer responsible gaming tools because they care so much about their customers" the chat agent finally agreed my request had been clear and ignored so he manually blocked my account. For a week I thought, but no. Turns out if I want to unblock the account I need to write a detailed letter explaining why I wanted to "close" my account and do I take responsibility for my gambling. As if my request to take a week break and block my account, that was ignored, demonstrated that the problem was me.

Obviously I'm not going to bother with this casino any further. Places like this put on a facade of fairness and integrity, but when it comes down to it, they want you to keep playing no matter what, because they know eventually you will lose. Instead of supporting responsible gaming they make it difficult and punitive. This is happening a lot I've noticed in the industry, and it's tiresome. I vote that those of us that like to play online stop rewarding casinos like this. I know I've had enough.

Just in case anyone is thinking about trying to play here I thought I would share my ridiculous experience to wipe that thought from your mind. I signed up almost a month ago but had questions regarding verification before depositing (thankfully). Chat wasn't helpful so I wrote an email asking the same basic question which was simply do they accept a valid driver's license for ID verification. Over three weeks later I received a response apologizing for the delay, but still not answering my question. I replied for them to just go ahead and close my account because obviously this isn't a good sign, and another week later I receive an email giving me a SPECIAL email to contact to have my account closed. I still have yet to have my question answered, and I'm not wasting another minute with this silliness. Just don't waste your time or money here.

I played here for a bit to give it a chance, had some decent playtime and decided to make a small withdrawal to test things. The verification system only allows you to upload one document at a time, and to pass each level takes upwards of 24 hours. Days later I'm verified enough to actually use the withdrawal button, only to discover my payment method (Interac etransfer) isn't available and only Jetton wallet is. If that wasn't frustrating enough, there is no live chat. It's a bot, and only a bot, ever. I tried emailing support but have never received an actual human response over a week later. I'd suggest not playing here. These are all red flags in my experience.

However I think it's important that people are made aware that the withdrawal limits/process is not at all what is listed here. I've copied and pasted the email I received from them regarding withdrawal limits.

"Reason of decline: "We would like to inform you that your withdrawal limits are currently exceeded. As per our Terms and Conditions, the maximum withdrawal amount processed to a player is 500 EUR (or equivalent in another currency) per day and 10,000 EUR (or equivalent in another currency) per month. A maximum of 5 withdrawal requests may be submitted per week. We are operating within the Terms and Conditions."
