This is one of the worst online casinos I have ever played. First they ask you for documents to verify your account and be able to withdraw the money, which is fine. But they never send you an email that your account is verified, they cancel the documents, then accept them, and when you withdraw they tell you that it takes 48 hours to just approve the transaction, which is a lie because on more than two occasions it took them more than 48 hours and canceled without reason. When I asked why they canceled it, they didn't give me a reason, they just said feel free to make another withdrawal. The worst thing is that they returned all the money to your casino account. Finally the only thing I can say is stay away from this casino. They take a long time to pay, they cancel withdrawals for no reason, and even if you upload all your documents, they do not confirm that your account is verified and they tell you that at any time they can demand more documents.
