So I have been playing at Jackpot.com uk for I would say 5/6 months and all was well my account was verified and I made deposits and withdrawals. Now they are withholding 3withdrawals asking for more documents .. I’ve sent them passport , driving licence, letter proving my address and statements from both my bank accounts with some transactions covered but clearly my name, address, and account details are all visible.. I was under the impression that withdrawals can not be withheld when they ask for more documents.. I just feel that something is not right these casinos happily take deposits but when it comes to withdrawals they make it so hard for us customers.. UKGC clearly states that a casino cannot request further verification as a condition of withdrawal if they could have requested it earlier. Yet it seems as though this is exactly what they are doing.

This casino is just awful infact the worse I have played at after submitting ID documents including passport, driving license, three letters proving my address, bank cards also 3 made nth bank statements they still kept rejecting these documents and the reason was I had a balance of €3000 which I attempted to withdraw in €500 as that was the maximum allowed but they rejected it 3 times… Customer service are pathetic and don’t reply to your emails… Ive never know a casino that takes your money but won’t pay out they are diabolical and I advice anyone to go somewhere else
