I have two £500 withdrawals that are still pending after nearly 2 weeks. My first withdrawal took around 4 days but I am being told to be patient because they have problems. I am now feeling that they will never release my funds. No bonuses or promotions are attached to the withdrawals and customer support just repeat the same response.
