Hola soy nuevo en el foro y quiero solicitar su ayuda, hice un retiro el 12 marzo de una suma sustancial , hasta el día de hoy 1win no me ha pagado, un día antes y un día después hice dos retiros de 100$ que si me fue pagado. Hice el reclamo a 1win y me dieron el código de reclamo , pero todos los días siguientes lo único que responden es que tengo que esperar.
