I made a complaint exactly agter 7 working days as 7 working days is general condition for withdrawals.

I filed a complaint , show them all the proof with bank statement and bank communication on official mail.

When you are vip player with ghat casino, it is clear that you have completed all the vefifications.so no other option to harass.

As i said, in indian banking system any reference number is of 12 to 16 digit and casino provided 10 digit reference number which itself shows a fraud and fake transaction details.

i can understand some points like trnasaction failures and processing errors but here they clearly scam with fake information.
