Hola, la excusa del alto volumen de transacciones fue el quinto día de espera, si no recuerdo mal. Desde entonces, todos los días me dicen que mi retiro está tardando muchísimo, que se le ha dado alta prioridad y que está en la fase final de procesamiento, pero no hay cambios ni explicación del tiempo que lleva sin procesarse. Mi cuenta dice que no necesita verificación, lo cual me genera sospechas, pero cuando no me explican por qué tarda tanto, tiendo a pensar lo peor. Pero sí, claro que voy a esperar y agradecería mucho cualquier ayuda de Casinoguru cuando lo considere oportuno. Gracias. 

Hello, the high volume excuse was on the 5th day waiting from memory. Every day since then i get told my withdrawal is taking inexcusably long & has been made a high priority and is in its final stage of being processed only to have no change & no reason as to the length of time why it hasn't been processed. My account says it doesn't need to be verified which I'm automatically suspicious of but when they themselves cannot tell me why its taking so long i tend to think the worst. But yes of course im going to wait them out and would greatly appreciate any help given by casinoguru when casinoguru deem to be the appropriate time. Thanks 





I've been waiting for a €400 withdrawal for days, and I know perfectly well they won't pay me. This seems like a scam.
