Hi, I am a user from spain (they said I could play using VPN). This week they have closed my account accusing me of multi account. I only have one account in betmaster, I dont understand why they take away my 1200 euros in balance. They said they cannot review the case. Could someone help me?

Actually I'm allowed to play from my country without VPN but I was accused for multiple accounts, meanwhile they themselves asked me to close and reopen another account due to incorrect currency.

You can try to open a complaint, they might respond to yours.

They haven't responded to mine anyway!

I opened a complaint but they answered "The decision is final and cannot be reconsidered.".

I have already said it has to be an error. It is my only account.

Hi . I made an account just before 3 days. I verified my account instantly and I made a deposit of 40 euros which was accepted. Today I saw that they rejected my deposit without even inform me . I am waiting for them to see it further and I will be back with my rating . Hope this casino isn't a scam like many others.

Returning to my issue I have to say it was solved after a day. I successfully made a withdrawal. If they bring cash out it will be definitely one of the best platforms for gambling.

Yes. They suggested me deposit instead via Mastercard which I instantly did.
