I don't believe that at 5 stages that are remaining you can get 10.980 euros. But this is not my real problem. I have made 3 withdrawal requests from the 24 of December. And i am still waiting for them to be processed. I don't think that this casino is a scam, but i believe that they delay it so much so you can't hold your self and cancel the withdrawal requests and start playing.

When it comes to delayed payments, in my opinion, it would not hurt to submit an official complaint. Let my colleagues stick their noses into that and ask the casino afew questions.

I'd say you are very generous. December may cause a delay, so true... But a decent casino should know how to keep players informed and minimize the damages.

I understand that it can be unpleasant to wait for money. However, it was the holidays, and casinos and the people who work there can also take vacations, so the whole process can take a little longer.

Pero llevan 10 días diciéndome lo mismo. Además, este casino no te deja retirar más de 500 euros cada día y te permite tener hasta tres solicitudes de retiro pendientes. Gané 2.000 + euros y he realizado tres solicitudes de retiro de 500 euros cada una en un período de tres días. Tenía 500 + euros en mi cuenta que no pude hacer una solicitud de retiro porque tengo tres solicitudes pendientes. Después de tantos días comencé a jugar y el resultado fue perder esos 500 + euros que tenía en mi cuenta. Y me quedé con las tres solicitudes de retiro que siguen pendientes. Y aunque quiera depositar dinero para jugar, no lo hago porque si gano no puedo solicitar un retiro de las ganancias.
Well, this is indeed quite a common situation with casinos. 🙁Do not ask me why but the funny limit of €500 daily is usually just a paper idea. How often do they process payouts in reality? Each one daily? Usually not, if Imay say so.
