honestly, who won here how much and how much and with what game?because I'm always on the sidelines with games, it looks like my balance is 99% negative after continuous payments, plus the game doesn't throw much. .but it doesn't give :D even from one moment to the next through up to 100 spinsdoesn't give me anything either...someone recommend a normal casino, because I always pick out such waste money-hungry sites...or do I have to lose thousands of euros on all of them to win 100 euros or what is going on with sites now? ..everything is getting worse day by day..this toojust as there is a shame.. if one year their income is 10 million euros, the next they need 100 million, they become so unscrupulous unscrupulous people with money

I have been using mifinity to make deposits and withdrawals at this casino for a long time.

But suddenly the casino removed it from the payment methods,

The only withdrawal method is virtual currency.

I was told that I needed to make a deposit using that method in order to make withdrawals.

I had a large balance in the casino, but was forced to deposit more in virtual currency and wager that much more.

I honestly don't agree with casinos limiting payment methods for their own convenience and forcing users to make deposits.

I find it hard to believe the casino would expel such a popular payment option solely to make players deposit something more in order to verify other options. Because players would find that inconvenient, as you do.

I would say that mifinity may have some local issues with banks or intermediary providers. Additionally, casino's and third-party payment provider may also have issues with mifinity. That's more likely.

Anyway, thank you for this info, much appreciated!

Response to Bruno Casino Team Regarding Payment Fees

Hello everyone,

I wanted to share my experience regarding Bruno Casino's response about transaction fees. They clarified that they "don't impose any fees on transactions from their side and suggested checking with my payment provider for any charges".

However, from my experience as a Canadian customer, I've noticed that fees are often charged directly to my credit card due to the currency conversion from euros to Canadian dollars. For example, Canadian banks like CIBC usually charge around $5 to $7 for transactions made in foreign currencies. These additional costs make using credit or debit cards quite expensive for deposits.

I believe it would be beneficial for Bruno Casino to review their payment providers or explore alternatives. This would help reduce the high fees that many of us face when making payments, especially those of us using Canadian banks. Just wanted to share this feedback in case others are experiencing similar issues!

Would love to hear if anyone else has had a similar experience or found a workaround for these fees.

Best,

Hey, thanks for your experience you described. I would probably start by asking if it is possible to use some other method, not even a bank transfer, to avoid this.

Unfortunately, the fees you describe are created by the bank itself, so there is not much the casino can do about it. Just as we are talking about adding some payment methods that would not have such fees.

i have noticed other casinos that charge in Euros and US dollars as well. I guess the best choise its Interac and avoid using credit or debit cards.

Yes I agree, if you want to have withdrawals in some casinos without fees, the best method is to resort to this method. I know a lot of players use it.

But do you have a withdrawal you are waiting for?

No. so far no withdrawals. i'm playing for fun no expectation on withdrawals.

Even that is sometimes better than chasing after withdrawals. Sometimes a good hit comes at a time when you least expect it.

Anyway, hope it's coming soon for you. So if it does, feel free to let me know. 😉

Next casinos i try i will , as an experiment will wager 1x my deposit will request withdrawal and from the result i will write down a more full review of the casino from player experience, customer service and how they process withdrawal and identity verification.

Certainly, your reviews are always well written and you often mention both pros and cons, which I like. Also, the ratings are not unsolicited and often reflect exactly what you describe.

I wish you to have as many good experiences as possible.☘️

May I ask if you experience some kind of issue there, perhaps?

Maybe we could be of any help.

As far as I know, it's one of the first casinos launched on the Extendy platform. I fondly remember the time spent at Bruno; the first and only time I hit the 'Grand' prize x2 during the bonus feature with a stake of €1.5 on the Royal Joker slot. Instant banking payouts, maximum 24 hours. Extendy platform is really great.

That must've been a nice win that you still remember. Was it? 🙂

Do you continue playing there or not anymore?

⚠️ Warning – BrunoCasino Dutch Players Beware ⚠️

I initially won €19,200 (withdrew €7,500). Later, I won €133,510, but could not withdraw the full amount because BrunoCasino told me they cannot increase my withdrawal limit—the only way to withdraw more is to reach VIP Level 4, which requires more deposits and gambling. I eventually lost all my winnings trying to reach VIP 4.

BrunoCasino is illegal in the Netherlands (no KSA license) yet accepts Dutch payments. I’ve filed a chargeback with ING and submitted a complaint to Curacao eGaming. If unresolved, I will escalate to the Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) and share all evidence publicly.

Dutch players: beware their manipulative VIP system that pressures more gambling for bigger withdrawals. They allow withdrawl small cause that’s their trap for you

Hello. I hear you; it sounds incredibly frustrating to see your winnings disappear like that. It’s clear the VIP system can put a lot of pressure on players to keep depositing and playing. Well, basically this is how most VIP systems work.

At the same time, it seems like part of the situation came from chasing higher limits instead of taking smaller, gradual withdrawals. Well, it's something many of us can relate to when the stakes feel so high.

I hope your complaint with Curaçao eGaming and KSA helps clarify things, and I just want to add a gentle reminder to everyone that protecting your winnings step by step can sometimes be the safest approach rather than chasing a higher VIP level.

Payment Fee Experience Using Canadian Banks (CIBC)

Hello everyone,

Bruno Casino mentioned that they do not charge any transaction fees and advised checking with the payment provider instead. However, as a Canadian user, I’ve noticed that fees are often applied by banks due to EUR to CAD currency conversion.

For example, Canadian banks like CIBC typically charge around $5–$7 per foreign currency transaction, which makes card deposits quite expensive. While these fees may not come directly from the casino, they still impact players.

It would be helpful if Bruno Casino could consider alternative payment providers or options to reduce these costs for Canadian users.

Sharing this in case others are experiencing the same issue or have found a workaround.

Best regards
